Is There Anything Better......

............than 'tea' and good conversation.....or in my case coffee . :) And you won't mind will you if i continue to work on my current obsession.....?  What a week! The things i could tell you!!!  And on top of all that an EarthQuake!!  that thankfully we didn't even feel...   We had our own sort of earthquake.... or hubby did at least....

I get a phone call what was it? Wednesday...... 'Honey i've been rear ended..........' Needless to say the car that hit him got the worst end of the deal... i think it was totaled.  Ours is about $3000 in damage.......... The collision actually knocked the hat off of my hubby's head and nothing does that...not rain not sleet nor snow or high winds!!  At first hubby thought he was okay then about midnight that night the pain in his neck really kicked in and we ended up at the hospital Thurs. morning....thankfully nothing serious just strained muscles . He took the rest of the week off work and felt much better going to work this morning..... I think he's more upset about his poor baby truck being hurt and that he will have to drive a rental car for about a week..........So all's good......

Remember this???  Well this image was accepted at MisterDressUp.com to be put on tshirts for one week. I thought you might like to go check it out and just see how it looks on a tshirt. Its pretty cool i think........Love to know what you think!

And if we were sitting around drinking coffee....or tea or ........ i would HAVE to tell you about my friend Eileen's GiveAway....You know because i'm nice like that.... :)  .......She is having a relaunch party that includes some terrific GiveAways and i wouldn't want you to miss out (a piece of my artwork is listed!)....... So if you have a minute....after we finish our 'Tea' ofcourse pop over there and show her some love.........

And........since we are spreading around the love stop by and say hi to Kathy who also happens to be launching a new blog AND having a GiveAway......... See !! Look at all the gossip i have to share this morning! :) The kind of gossip that might help you WIN something!! I hope your having a wonderful T Tuesday! I have company coming next week so you KNOW what i will be doing this week! ......drumroll please......CLEANING........... uughh.....Linking with Elizabeth !!  Big Hugs! deb

Glad to hear Hubby is alright. Our Son had an accident years ago and he went to the hospital after the crash. He got whiplash and still suffers from it, but all he was concerned about was his baby, the F-150 truck of his.

I hate to hear about that accident. And I have a lot of friends out there in CA and so far none had any damage from the quake...glad of that. Yay for the T-shirt art too.

Go clean now and enjoy your company next week!

Well, congrats on your art being chosen to be placed on a T-shirt! I adore that piece anyway.

Glad to hear DH is really ok now. Those neck injuries can really become serious. You can always buy truck parts!

I'll have to check out the other blogs you mentioned.

Have a great week

Sorry about the accident...I've had that nasty pain and it's just so uncomfortable:(

Glad your hubby is ok although I did chuckle at the thought of nothing shifting his hat off his head but a rear end shunt!

Earthquake...yikes! We don't tend to get them here in the UK occasionally we get a tremor but its usually in the North of England so not felt here in the lonely West :)

ps black tea...just incase you need to know ;)

Hello and Happy T Day! So glad your husband is ok, that looked pretty bad for the other car. I was sore and stiff for days after a accident years ago. Glad he got to rest and feel better.
You are so funny spreading the gossip around here over our beverages. Thank you for sharing the links and giving me a chuckle.
YAY for your art being picked, that's so cool. Great art too!
Enjoy the yucky job of cleaning, not my favorite either.
Have a great week.

Oh yes - company coming so plenty of cleaning to be done - same here.

Sorry about the accident but it seems as though hubby has managed to escape without too much damage.

Yikes, I hope you are done with earthquakes, both real and figurative, for awhile now. Have a Happy T Day!

PS that t-shirt design is magical!!!

So glad your hubs is doing ok and that the eathquake wasn't near.
Thank you for your comment on my post - the Manatea, made from silicon, splits in the middle and the tea leaves go in the tail end. Hot water is poured on and the tea infuses through little holes around the body. I will try to remember to take some photo's for you, the next time I use it :D

Whiplash is like soft tissue injuries ann takes awhile to heal and can come back in the future to haunt your hubby. get him to get it treated regularly like acupuncture or physiotherapy.

Yeah he would be more worried about that beautiful car than his neck, but boy that car behind really copped it, well his fault for 1 travelling too fast and 2 for not paying attention to cars in front.

Sorry about the accident but glad that hubby is okay.

You already know how I love the design and the tee shirt. I hope you'll do more of those stacked box designs,

Thank you for the shout about our relaunch and contest. it ends Saturday midnight. Then we'll see who wins your lovely donated art and the Amazon gift certificates.

You'd think a $50 certificate would entice a lot of people,, but it hasn't. So the few entrants have pretty good chances of winning something! What fun!

Phew... so happy to hear that only your hubbies hat came off! It's so shocking when you get rear ended. It happened to my hubby once and he suffered whiplash too.
Love the artwork and I've nipped in to see the t-shirts. Your's looks fantastic. The design and colours are great.
I also nipped in (by mistake) to see your other blog... WOW what a journey you've been on. It's so inspiring. Well done ;D
Good luck with the t-shirts and thanks for all the gossip!
Have a great week xxoo
