T stands for Florence....

Good T Tuesday Morning to ya... Did you have a wonderful week since we last met for T?  I hope so.. Are your eyes on Hurricane Florence like mine are?? And i don't even live anywhere near the East coast.. I haven't watched the weather channel this morning but last i saw she was a Cat 4 already... and barreling toward the NC/SC/VA coast... If anyone lives in those areas please stay safe. I'll be thinking about you...

Its been a very busy week so not much to show and tell.. I still adore these butterflies and they are so simple that i have memorized the steps and i just make a few and leave them here and there for people to find..I like to think they bring a smile.. I made a teeny tiny one and gave to a lady at the Retirement Center where hubby works parttime and she put it in a pill bottle and carries it around with her.. :)

The coffee cup is an old one i've had for awhile.. I'm sure you've seen it before.. I love to bake with Ghiradelli  chocolate do you? ..And baking season is almost upon us...   In CA we had the opportunity to go to a shop of theirs. Yum!

I may be a little late and sporadic with my visits but i'll be there!! Big T Day Hugs!! deb

I'm definitely keeping an eye on that hurricane, though I'm on the Mississippi River so far from danger from it. They're expecting flooding far inland, and I dread the aftermath, especially for the barrier islands and the coast :) Scary

What a sweet butterfly!

Happy T Tuesday

Yes, I am watching a bit of Hurricane Florence on the weather channel. Scary stuff for many people. Love baking with Ghiradelli chocolate-and hubby takes a 72% chocolate square with his lunch everyday:) Have a great week and happy T day!

Hi! Yes our eyes are on the coastal weather. Our grandsons are in Greenville SC. I think they are plenty inland, though. They might get some flooding though. We love Ghiradelli chocolate. You remind me that I have come in the cupboard, and and could bake right now, except it is still hot here! Happy Tea Day!

Those butterflies are fantastic. I like that cup, too. I don't know that chocolate, but I'm sure I would love it. Happy T Day, hugs, Valerie

Oh dear. We usually get the tail end of your hurricanes so I expect we can expect strong winds at the very least.

Your butterflies look beautiful and will make super surprise gifts.
I hope you will be safe when the hurricane reaches land, it sounds a terrible one .
Happy T day wishes.

Your tiny butterfly in the pill bottle story is heart warming, Deb. Your butterflies bring a smile to my face ;-)

I haven't baked with Ghiradelli chocolate but we both love their Caramel sauce atop Kirkland Premium vanilla ice cream. (We think it's really Hagen-Daas. The calorie count of 280 C per 1/2 cup supports our theory. lol)

Happy T-day! Hugs, Eileen

Your cup made me wish it had hot coco in it. I like it. Ghirardelli is yummy! And those are beautiful butterflies. I can see why they would be addicting. Hope it was a super T day. Hugs-Erika

Synchronicity with chocolate for T Day :-D Ghiradelli is wonderful for baking and eating! The butterflies are cute. What a sweet idea to sprinkle them around for people to find. I'm a weather junkie so have been following the progress of Hurricane Florence with a mixture of awe and fear. I have a few friends who live in the North and South Carolina areas. Happy T Day

So many possibilities with those pretty butterflies. And any chocolate drink sounds yummy to me.
Happy Tea Day,

I have a Godiva mug. I do love both...they just don't love me. It was super windy here today...someone at work mentioned that they wondered if it was due to the hurricane affecting our weather.
Happy T day!

I'm finally back online. I'm sorry I wasn't here sooner, because I take my hosting duties seriously. I don't know anyone who doesn't like butterflies and Ghirardelli. They are both super. I've also been to one of their stores, but not the big one in San Francisco. When you were in CA, did you get to a Mrs. Sees Candy? I got to take a tour of one of their facilities. You put a smile on one lady's face and I bet yo have done it for others who found your butterflies, too.

I've been watching the weather and seeing how severe this latest hurricane is. Last I saw, it was now predicted to be a Cat 3 when it hits land, which is better than the Cat 4 it picked up today. I a;lso worry about friends who may or may not be in the path or the aftermath of the terrible storm. Thanks for sharing your coffee and butterfly with us for T this Tuesday, Deb.

BTW, if you have or collect washi tape, please share it with us next Tuesday.

I love the butterfly that you put in with my birthday card.....I'm awful doing origami! People find that odd because I do so much paper crafting but origami and I just do not get along!
Hurricane Florence sounds like its going to be a real disaster when it hits the coast. One of the newspapers said the eye of the storm is the same size as the city of Toronto - that's huge! I expect we will get the remnants of it as well but mostly just rain and some areas strong winds but nothing hurricane size. I hope everyone that was told to evacuate did so!
