Stopping by for a Visit....

This was the weather a little over a week ago.. Gosh it was gorgeous.... everything covered in about an inch or so of white... But the wind  was whipping so no beautifully romantic walks in the snow... it was bitter....  i thought the sunrise lighting up the icicles on the birdbath was beautiful.. I really should consider getting a heater for the birdbaths .. at least one of them..

Not much new to report here.. life's been busy as usual... squeezing in mudding the walls and a stolen moment in the craft room when i can.. The thought of having the walls done keeps me going... They do not go on to infinity.. they are finite.. so they WILL get done..

I just put some hamburger soup in the crock pot.. supper done... now its back to mudding.. I hope your having a beautiful day and thanks so much for stopping by to visit......... hugs! deb

I would trade your snow level for ours any time. It's been snowing here since about 9:00 this morning and the strong winds are blowing the snow across the roads which causes white-outs. So glad I'm staying home! Its too cold in my 'lower studio', aka the basement, so I've been trucking back and forth with supplies so I can get some crafting done....awkward though.

It is only rarely that the snow and the rest of weather makes it warm enough for a romantic winter walk. At least here in NH. It is pretty though. Stay warm. hugs-Erika

I was thinking of you during the weather report last week that you should be getting your snow. I see tonight though you will be missing out on the below 0 stuff-a good thing for sure we will be getting very very strong winds again too
hope you can find some more free time for yourself
hugs Kathy

Your birdbath is so pretty. Though I'd rather see it without the ice and snow. I'm done with Winter. Stay warm and cozy and enjoy your hamburger soup.

I'd love the have a heater for our bird bath, but we don't have sun on the patio in the winter for the solar-powered ones and there's no plug close enough. The birds would love it!

I'm unfamiliar with hamburger soup, but it sounds like something my husband would enjoy. I know you look forward to completing the mud work and having more time for a different kind of art :)

It's -24 with a wind chill of -54 right now. Schools are closed today and tomorrow. Crazy cold. Good days to be indoors mudding and eating hamburger soup--LOL! ;)

I'm playing catch-up after a harrowing few days away. That birdbath reminds me of the weather I drove in. Hot soup from the crock pot sounds good, but I'll have mine vegetarian. BTW, I also used to make hamburger soup in my crock pot! Glad to see you posted. We miss you, Deb.

What a beautiful and unique birdbath, Deb. You're kidding about installing a heater, I hope ;-) I wonder how close to finishing the mudding. It just goes on and on. You must be soooo tired of it. The end must be n sight.
